SGPS, Sistema de gerenciamento do Projeto Sacra, segmento Corpo e Mente em Movimento

Abstract

Os sistemas de informação auxiliam e melhoram o funcionamento de diversas organizações, facilitando o acesso, principalmente, aos dados. As ONGs (Organizações Não Governamentais) frequentemente enfrentam limitações financeiras para investir em tais sistemas. Neste contexto, este trabalho tem como objetivo desenvolver um sistema web para auxiliar na organização e consulta de dados da ONG “Projeto Sacra – Jales”, do segmento Corpo e Mente em Movimento, de maneira simples e acessível. No estudo de caso, foi realizado uma pesquisa com os funcionários, evidenciando a dificuldade na busca de informações dos alunos assistidos e a necessidade de uma solução prática e eficiente. Nesse contexto, foi desenvolvido um protótipo de sistema Web com funcionalidades básicas de um cadastro, além do controle de presença dos alunos. As tecnologias utilizadas no desenvolvimento deste protótipo foi a plataforma Firebase, oferecida pela Google, com a biblioteca React. O sistema proposto visa otimizar a gestão interna da ONG, garantindo maior eficiência no armazenamento de dados sem a necessidade de altos investimentos em tecnologia. Desse modo, a proposta deste trabalho teve como resultado a implementação inicial de um sistema simples e acessível destinado a instituição estudada.

Information systems help and improve the functioning of various organisations, mainly by facilitating access to data. NGOs (Non-Governmental Organisations) often face financial constraints in investing in such systems. In this context, this paper aims to develop a web system to help organise and consult data from the NGO ‘Projeto Sacra - Jales’, from the Body and Mind in Motion segment, in a simple and accessible way. In the case study, a survey was carried out with the staff, highlighting the difficulty in finding information on the students in attendance and the need for a practical and efficient solution. In this context, a prototype web system was developed with basic registration functionalities, as well as student attendance control. The used technologies to develop this prototype were the Firebase platform, offered by Google, with the React library. The proposed system aims to optimise the NGO's internal management, ensuring greater efficiency in data storage without the need for high investments in technology. As a result, the proposal of this paper resulted in the initial implementation of a simple and accessible system for the studied institution.
