Plano de negócios: estudo de viabilidade para implantação do restaurante bar temático Level Up!

Abstract

Este trabalhodegraduação tem por objetivo analisar a viabilidade de abertura de um restaurante bar temático na cidade de Piracicaba - SP com a temática Geek e com máquinas de jogos arcade (fliperamas) como opção de entretenimento, por meio da elaboração de um Plano de negócios. Esta é uma ferramenta preparada pelo empreendedor em que são descritos todos os elementos externos e internos relevantes para o início de um novo empreendimento. Para chegar ao objetivo principal foi elaborada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre empreendedorismo, inovação, plano de negócios, do mercado de alimentação fora do lar como um todo e também do mercado de restaurantes e bares temáticos no Brasil especificamente. Foi realizada uma pesquisa de mercado para identificação do público-alvo, os atributos mais considerados, bem como seu grau de importância, tipos de estabelecimentos frequentados, hábitos de consumo (horário e produtos), fontes de informações utilizadas, sobre a cultura Geek e jogos arcade (fliperamas), frequência de consumo, opções de atratividade para os filhos, gasto médio, quantidade de pessoas na residência e renda mensal, que apontou um público-alvo de homens e mulheres dos 18 aos 35 anos. Também foram realizadas análises estratégicas, mercadológicas, o plano operacional e o plano financeiro, com a finalidade de verificar sua rentabilidade ao longo dos primeiros anos. Será necessário R$ 291.545,46 para o investimento inicial da abertura do negócio. Visto que o VPL é positivo, a TIR de 24% e o tempo de retorno do investimento é de 3 anos, 3 meses e 06 dias, sendo notável a viabilidade de implementação do negócio.

This undergraduate work has the objective of analyzing the feasibility of opening a thematic bar restaurant in the city of Piracicaba - SP with the Geek theme and with arcade games machines (arcade games) as an entertainment option, through the elaboration of a Business Plan . This is a tool prepared by the entrepreneur in which all external and internal elements relevant to the beginning of a new venture are described. In order to reach the main objective, a literature review was carried out on entrepreneurship, innovation, business plan, the food market outside the home as a whole and also the market of thematic restaurants and bars in Brazil specifically. A market research was conducted to identify the target audience, the most considered attributes, as well as their degree of importance, types of establishments frequented, consumption habits (time and products), sources of information used, about Geek culture and games arcade, frequency of consumption, options of attractiveness for children, average expenditure, number of people in the residence and monthly income, which targeted a target audience of men and women from 18 to 35 years. Strategic, market analysis, operational plan and financial plan were also carried out, in order to verify its profitability over the first few years. It will be necessary $ 291.545,46 for the initial investment of the opening of the business. Since the NPV is positive, the IRR of 24% and the time of return of the investment is of 3 years, 3 months and 06 days, being remarkable the feasibility of implementation of the business.
