Cultura e comportamento de inovação: a implementação da tecnologia na Igreja Vida Plena Church de Garça diante da nova realidade

Abstract

Diante da realidade na pandemia do Coronavírus, fez-se necessário a adoção de novos hábitos, onde ter uma palavra de apoio e conforto, num momento cercado de muitas incertezas, tornou-se essencial, atingindo principalmente as igrejas pelo fato de suas reuniões serem presenciais. A Inovação juntamente com a tecnologia, tomou espaço, tornando-se uma ferramenta fundamental neste novo cenário mundial. Como objetivo geral analisou-se as medidas inovadoras que as igrejas tiveram que adotar no período da pandemia. Na sequência os seguintes objetivos específicos se apresentam: realizar pesquisa bibliográfica para o embasamento teórico; explicar os reflexos causados a instituição religiosa devido a pandemia; identificar as ações tomadas para a situação do momento; por meio de pesquisa descritiva realizar entrevista em uma igreja evangélica. Para a metodologia utilizou-se a pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, com estudo de caso e aplicação de entrevista destinada na Igreja Vida Plena Church de Garça. O presente artigo, relata as medidas inovadoras que a igreja teve que adotar, desta forma, respondendo à questão problema, qual o impacto gerado com as medidas de inovação criadas no período da pandemia? Concluindo que, apesar do transtorno advindo pela pandemia, houve uma busca intensa pela inovação e adequação da tecnologia.

Faced with the reality of the Corona Virus pandemic, it was necessary to adopt new habits, where having a word of support and comfort, at a time surrounded by many uncertainties, became essential, affecting mainly the Churches due to the fact that their meetings are face to face. Innovation, combined with technology, has conquered space, becoming a fundamental tool in this new world scenario. As a general objective, the innovative measures that the Churches had to adopt during the pandemic period were analyzed. In the sequence, the following specific objectives are presented: to carry out bibliographical research for theoretical foundation; explain the effects caused to the religious institution as a result of the pandemic; identify the actions taken for the current situation; through descriptive research, conduct an interview in an evangelical church. For the methodology, qualitative research was used, with a case study and application of an interview at the Vida Plena Church in Garça. This article reports on the innovative measures that the Church had to adopt, thus answering the problem question, what is the impact generated by the innovative measures created during the pandemic period? Concluding that, despite the inconvenience caused by the pandemic, there was an intense search for innovation and adaptation of technology.
