Motivação em prol da produção

Abstract

O objetivo do estudo é apontar e identificar os principais desafios que empresas enfrentam para manter funcionários motivados e abordar o desenvolvimento da liderança em prol da produção. O trabalho conta com pesquisa bibliográfica nas áreas de Comportamento Organizacional, Sociologia das Organizações, Métodos para a Produção do Conhecimento, Comunicação Empresarial Geral e Estatística Aplica à Gestão e Levantamento de dados com bases em aplicação de questionário específico junto a líderes e colaboradores de empresas selecionadas para este fim. Seguimos aplicando um questionário com 6 perguntas on-line sobre o assunto tema, obtivemos 50 respostas dos colaboradores da empresa ‘A’ pertencente ao segmento alimentício e verificamos um índice negativo na maior parte das respostas e mostrando que seus colaboradores estão insatisfeitos com a empresa. Por outro lado, tivemos 40 respostas da empresa ‘B’ pertencente ao segmento eletrônico demonstrou resultados positivos, verificamos que seus colaboradores tem um índice satisfatórios com a empresa. Pretendemos mostrar que a empresa quanto mais preparada para resolver os problemas no início, ela ganha um grande diferencial na hora de ser escolhida e conseguir colaboradores, mas qualificados e realizados no ambiente laboral.

The objective of the study is to point out and identify the main challenges that companies face in keeping employees motivated and addressing leadership development for the sake of production. The work has bibliographic research in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Sociology of Organizations, Methods for the Production of Knowledge, General Business Communication and Statistics Applied to Management and Survey of data based on the application of a specific questionnaire with leaders and employees of companies selected for this purpose. We continued applying a questionnaire with 6 online questions on the subject topic, obtained 50 responses from employees of company 'A' belonging to the food segment and verified a negative index in most of the answers and showing that its employees are dissatisfied with the company. On the other hand, we had 40 responses from company 'B' belonging to the Electronic segment showed positive results, we verified that its employees have a satisfactory index with the company. We intend to show that the more prepared the company to solve the problems at the beginning, it gains a great differential when it comes to being chosen and getting employees, but qualified and accomplished in the work environment.
