Desenvolvimento de um chatbot amigável

Abstract

Tendo em vista as dificuldades de alguns usuários na busca de informações sobre a Faculdade de Tecnologia de Americana (Fatec Americana), iniciou-se o desenvolvimento de um chatbot interativo com os usuários. O objetivo foi centralizar as informações de forma descontraída, promovendo agilidade no processo de comunicação. O projeto busca criar um chatbot que auxilie alunos e interessados nos cursos da instituição. A ideia é prover informações e sugestões, além de oferecer agilidade nas respostas para quem pesquisa sobre a faculdade. O desenvolvimento também buscará relacionar os conceitos de como o uso de um chatbot pode centralizar as informações da instituição. Para tanto, a base do trabalho será um estudo comparativo do conteúdo das obras de diferentes autores, apresentando e analisando exemplos sobre inteligência artificial, serviços cognitivos e chatbots. A pesquisa realizada no projeto é de Natureza Aplicada, visando gerar conhecimentos para aplicação prática dirigida a ambientes de desenvolvimento de chatbots. A abordagem será qualitativa, de modo a analisar a interação de cada indivíduo com a metodologia e com o novo ambiente de desenvolvimento a ser criado. Quanto ao objetivo, a pesquisa é caracterizada como exploratória, fazendo uso de procedimento técnico bibliográfico. Este trabalho tem como objetivo final a criação de um chatbot para a centralização de conteúdo para os alunos e a comunidade. A interface do usuário foi construída a fim de manter a experiência mais simples possível.

In view of the difficulties of some users in the search for information about the Faculdade de Tecnologia de Americana (Fatec Americana), the development of an interactive chatbot with the users began. The objective was to centralize information in a relaxed way, promoting agility in the communication process. The project seeks to create a chatbot that assists students and interested in the courses of the institution. The idea is to provide information and suggestions, as well as provide agility in the answers to those who research college. The development will also seek to relate the concepts of how the use of a chatbot can centralize the information of the institution. To do so, the basis of the work will be a comparative study of the content of the works of different authors, presenting and analyzing examples about artificial intelligence, cognitive services and chatbots. The research carried out in the project is of Applied Nature, aiming to generate knowledge for practical application directed to environments of development of chatbots. The approach will be qualitative, in order to analyze the interaction of each individual with the methodology and with the new development environment to be created. Regarding the objective, the research is characterized as exploratory, making use of technical bibliographic procedure. This work aims to create a chatbot for the centralization of content for students and the community. The user interface has been built in order to keep the experience as simple as possible.
