Qualidade na administração da empresa.

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar a importância da qualidade na administração, sendo ela o fator chave de uma empresa desde o início de sua formação à sua permanência no mercado. Desde sempre o ser humano sente a necessidade de administrar e organizar as formas com que a empresa possa crescer e progredir financeiramente, visando superar as expectativas dos clientes, melhorando a comunicação entre todos os integrantes da empresa com seus clientes e fornecedores. Dessa forma a administração com base nas funções de planejamento, organização, controle, coordenação e comando buscam alcançar a eliminação do desperdício, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da empresa. Este trabalho será formulado através de uma fundamentação teórica com base em pesquisas realizadas na área da administração, procurando compreender como atingir a qualidade no trabalho e ter uma liderança positiva. Por outro lado, esta pesquisa também faz uma breve reflexão do que leva à falta de planejamento e organização. Através da análise realizada neste trabalho pode-se concluir que para se ter qualidade na administração é imprescindível ter uma liderança que disponha de habilidades essenciais, tais como: saber ouvir, criar soluções, saber empreender, liderar e identificar as características de cada funcionário, buscando filtrar o melhor que cada um tem a oferecer.

The objective this work is represent the several methods of the administration with quality, being it the factor key of the business since the start of your formation by his permanence in the mart. Always the human feels the necessity of the administration and organize the forms with the business can grow up, progress financially, surpassing the expectations of the clients, improving the communication between all of members of the business with your clients and providers. This way the administration based in function of the planning, organization, control, coordination and command search achieve the elimination of waste, contributing to development of business. This work will be formulated through a theoretical basis based on research carried out in the area of administration, seeking to understand how to achieve quality at work and have positive leadership. On the other hand, this research also makes a brief reflection of what leads to the lack of planning and organization. Through the analysis carried out in this work it can be concluded that in order to have quality management it is essential to have a leadership that has essential skills such as: listening, creating solutions, knowing how to undertake, lead and identify the characteristics of each employee, seeking Filter the best that each has to offer.
