Manutenção e aplicação da norma NR12 na máquina de ensaio Charpy e Izod (modelo JB-W300A).

Abstract

A norma regulamentadora NR12 que trata da segurança do operador no trabalho em máquinas e equipamentos define os critérios a serem seguidos para instalação de proteções mecânicas ou eletrônicas que evitem qualquer possibilidade do operador alcançar partes móveis durante o funcionamento do equipamento. Portanto uma máquina que foi transformada para atender a NR12, não poderá permitir qualquer possibilidade da ocorrência de acidentes, sendo eles lesões leves ou graves. A manutenção é a área que esta diretamente envolvida para manter o sistema funcionando corretamente. Este trabalho objetiva reformar a máquina Charpy que se encontra inativa, substituição dos componentes que se encontram danificados e instalar grades de proteção que garantam a segurança do operador e dos que estiverem presentes no local. A manutenção da máquina realizada na parte mecânica foi a troca da correia e alinhamento das polias movida e motora. A proteção e a estrutura de segurança foram construídas nos laboratórios da Faculdade e instaladas conforme estudo. A base da máquina e a grade foram pintadas conforme exigência da norma, nas cores padrão. O chão próximo a maquina foi demarcado, criando limites para as pessoas que estiverem assistindo ao ensaio.

The NR12, which deals with operator safety at work in machines and equipment, defines the criteria to be followed for the installation of mechanical or electronic protections that prevent any possibility of the operator reaching moving parts during the operation of the equipment. Therefore a machine that has been transformed to meet the NR12, can’t allow any possibility of accidents occurring, whether they are minor or serious injuries. Maintenance is the area that is directly involved to keep the system functioning properly. This work aims at reforming the Charpy machine that is inactive, replacing the damaged components and installing protection grids that guarantee the safety of the operator and those present at the site. The maintenance of the machine performed in the mechanical part was the change of belt and alignment of the driven and motor pulleys.The protection and safety structure were built in the Faculty's laboratories and installed as per the study. The base of the machine and the grille were painted according to the standard requirement in standard colors. The floor next to the machine has been demarcated, creating limits for people who are watching the rehearsal.
