Beneficios da robôtização na organização: um estudo na empresa Alpha Metalúrgica

Abstract

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo de analisar os benefícios que a implementação dos robôs trouxe para empresa Alpha Metalúrgica. No decorrer do trabalho, foi aplicada uma pesquisa exploratória de caráter descritivo, o entrevistado para esse trabalho foi o sócio e diretor da empresa, Sr Júlio Cavagliere e com as respostas obtidas, podemos observar que a implementação desses robôs, trouxe grande avanço nas tecnologias aplicadas na indústria, tendo mais competitividade em relação aos seus concorrentes, e mais qualidade para oferecer aos seus clientes atuais e futuros. Deixando evidente a necessidade do mercado em novas tecnologias que otimizem e aumentem a produtividade na operação, demonstrando em dados apresentados pela pesquisa em questão, mostra que tal mudança na empresa apresentou um ganho de produtividade real, com um rápido retorno em relação a esse investimento. Servindo como referência para outras empresas que estão pensando em assumir este investimento, a análise comparativa foi demonstrada em tabelas e imagens, reforçando o intuito de que a aquisição desses robôs é de grande relevância para a indústria e, consequentemente, para a organização.

The main objective of this research paper is to analyze the benefits of the robotization use at Alpha Metalúrgica company. During data collection, an exploratory research of descriptive character was applied. As the obtained answers were relevant to the development of this paper and consists of ascertaining the obtained improvements in the organization, as well as the benefits caused by robotization in the organization. Interviewing one of the directors of Alpha metallurgy, Mr. Júlio Cavagliere, it can be noted that the implementation of these robots has brought great progress in the applied technologies in the industry, having more competitiveness in relation to its competitors, and more quality to offer to its current and future customers. Making evident the market's need for new technologies that optimize and increase productivity in the operation, demonstrating in data presented by the research in question, shows that such a change in the company presented a real productivity gain, with an expressly fast return on that investment. Serving as a reference for other companies that are thinking of taking on this investment, the comparative analysis was demonstrated in tables and images, reinforcing the intention that the acquisition of these robots is of great relevance to the industry and, consequently, to the organization.
