A diferença da mulher no mercado de trabalho

Abstract

Nosso objetivo neste trabalho de conclusão de curso retrata a evolução da mulher no mercado de trabalho e do envolvimento, as dificuldades iniciais, os avanços e as vitórias alcançadas por eles. Os movimentos de mulheres no Brasil tiveram início na década de 1970 e como uma grande movimentação no mercado de trabalho na década de 1990, que determinou o início de uma grande onda de mulheres economicamente ativas, isso contribuiu para a sociedade da época, bem como para a sociedade dos anos 2000, onde se modernizou e as mulheres estão aprendendo a cada dia tanto no campo teórico quanto no campo prático. Neste trabalho apresentamos a força da mão de obra feminina nos dias atuais, os desafios e as discriminações enfrentadas pelas trabalhadoras, mesmo com novos paradigmas sociais.

The objective of our final project is to portray the woman in the job and involvement market; the inicial difficulties, the advances, and the victories won by them. Women’s movements in Brazil began in the 1970s, as a defining moment in the job market in the 1990s, which marked the start of a wave of economically active women, which contributed to the society of the time as well as to that of the 2000s, when modernization occurred, nowadays women are learning as much in the theoretical field as in the practical field. In this project we present the force of female labor in today’s day and age; the challenge and prejudice faced by women in the workforce, as well as social paradigm.
