O COVID-19 e o mercado de trabalho

Abstract

O trabalho tem como tema principal “O COVID-19 e o Mercado de Trabalho”, onde serão apresentados importantes pontos dos quais fizeram parte do cotidiano na sociedade em período de pandemia, tendo como problemática a rara abordagem sobre a vacinação do vírus SARS-COV-2 e a sua relação com o Mercado de Trabalho. Os resultados foram alcançados por meio de uma pesquisa quantitativa, onde as questões eram objetivas e, através destes foi possível observar que a maioria considera a vacina extremamente importante no ambiente organizacional. Grande parte dos entrevistados também concorda que a vacinação deve ser considerada obrigatória, pois além de garantir a imunidade de uma pessoa, também garante a de outros, sendo tratada como um potente fator de imunização em massa.

The main theme of the work is "COVID-19 and the Labor Market", which will present important points that were part of everyday life in society during a pandemic period, having as a problem the rare approach to the vaccination of the SARS-COV virus -2 and its relationship with the Labor Market. The results were achieved through a quantitative survey, where the questions were objective and, through these, it was possible to observe that most consider the vaccine extremely important in the organizational environment. A large part of the interviewees also agree that vaccination should be considered mandatory, as in addition to guaranteeing the immunity of one person, it also guarantees that of others, being treated as a powerful factor in mass immunization.
