Integração nordestina no mercado de trabalho em Monte Alto - São Paulo

Abstract

Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar e demonstrar a realidade de migrantes nordestinos no mercado de trabalho montealtense, ressaltando suas condições dentro das estruturas organizacionais e sociais. Consiste de um ensaio analítico, exprimido com base na investigação de artigos científicos a respeito da formação da região Nordeste, de seu fluxo migratório rumo ao Sudeste e das condições de empregabilidade do povo nordestino, apoiado pela execução de um questionário realizado de forma online, diretamente direcionado aos trabalhadores de Monte Alto. Elucidou-se o panorama pesquisado produzindo dados que agregam material ao caso Nordestino em São Paulo, de forma geral, e no município de Monte Alto, mais especificamente. Considera-se enfim que os dados adquiridos viabilizam estudos posteriores no campo estudado, fornecendo base teórica para as possíveis metodologias utilizadas nas futuras investigações.

This study aimed to identify and demonstrate the reality of northeastern migrants in the MonteAltense labor market, highlighting their conditions within organizational and social structures. lt consists of an analytical essay, expressed based on the investigation of scientific articles regarding the formation of the Northeast region, its migratory flow towards the Southeast and the conditions of employability of the Northeastern people, supported by the execution of a questionnaire carried out online, directly aimed at workers in Monte Alto. The surveyed panorama was clarified by producing data that add material to the Northeastern case in São Paulo, in general, and in the municipality of Monte Alto, more specifically. Finally, it is considered that the acquired data make possible further studies in the studied field, providing a theoretical basis for the possible methodologies used in future investigations.
