A relevância da gestão financeira para o ciclo de vida dos salões de beleza do noroeste paulista

Abstract

O presente trabalho aborda a relevância da gestão financeira dentro dos empreendimentos de salão de beleza no noroeste paulista. O problema encontra-se em áreas da gestão financeira, a falta de conhecimento ou a sua não utilização nesses estabelecimentos podem e levam algumas empresas a falência e outras a trabalhar sem obter lucro. Foram elaboradas duas pesquisas quantitativas, onde a primeira pesquisa possui o objetivo de identificar e apontar as falhas para com a gestão financeira, através da identificação dos maiores déficits de informação foi possível produzir uma análise e fazer com que os gestores destas respectivas áreas reflitam sobre as perguntas respondidas. A segunda pesquisa coletou os resultados da aplicação de uma ferramenta do Excel que busca auxiliar os registros de informações relacionadas à gestão financeira. O trabalho acadêmico analisou empreendimentos de fato existentes e a realidade da gestão financeira nas pequenas empresas abordadas nesta pesquisa. A primeira planilha desenvolvida, mesmo sendo mais completa, não conseguiu atender os salões de beleza devido a realidade destes profissionais que não possuíam acesso aos instrumentos para utilizá-la. Então partindo desta realidade, elaborou-se novamente uma planilha que provia menos informação, porém havia a utilização mobile. A segunda pesquisa foi direcionada a 10 entrevistados aleatórios participantes da primeira pesquisa, onde foi verificado se a proposta elaborada solucionou os entendimentos sobre a área da gestão financeira e se ajudaram a enxergar termos antes não conhecidos como faturamento mensal, custo jurídico e pró-labore. As respostas apresentadas na segunda pesquisa obtiveram resultados satisfatórios.

The present paper addressed the relevance of financial management within the beauty salon enterprises in the northwest of São Paulo. The problem which lies in the areas of financial management, are related to the lack of knowledge or application in these establishments which can and sometimes leads some companies to go bankrupt or end up being non-profitable ones. Two quantitative surveys were carried out the first one aimed to identify and point out flaws in financial management. Through the identification of the greatest information deficits, it was possible to produce an analysis and make the managers of these respective areas reflect on the answered questions. The second survey collected the results of the application of an Excel tool that seeks to assist in the records of information related to financial management. This study analyzed actually existing enterprises and the real use of financial management in small companies addressed in this research. The first spreadsheet developed, despite being more complete, could not serve beauty salons due to the reality of these professionals who did not have access to the necessary tools to use it. So, based on this reality, a mobile spreadsheet was created containing less information than the first one. The second survey was directed to ten random interviewees participating in the first survey. It was verified whether the elaborated proposal resolved the understandings in financial management and helped to observe previously unknown terms such as monthly invoicing, legal costs and pro-labore. The answers presented in the second survey had satisfactory results.
