Importância da cooperativa de eletrificação e desenvolvimento para o produtor rural

Abstract

O presente artigo tem como proposta apresentar uma forma de atrair e fidelizar o cooperado que seja produtor rural para mais próximo da cooperativa utilizando cursos, exposições de maquinários e equipamentos elétricos para suprir a falta de informações e desenvolvimento do agricultor e alcançar as metas de atender e promover esta união. Sugerindo que a cooperativa aproveite alguns recursos destinados aos cooperados produtores até então centrado apenas no atendimento dos serviços prestados na rede elétrica. Aproveitando a tecnologia do momento e a experiência dos profissionais que já estão dentro da cooperativa buscando um novo sentido, no relacionamento com o cooperado, inovando o sistema de gestão da cooperativa de energia elétrica. Há uma visível necessidade de ajudar o cooperado que muitas vezes está desprovido de informações. Em termos de gestão, ainda que pretendam apresentar uma solução efetiva para o atendimento aos usuários cooperados no âmbito regulatório, se faz necessário adotar ações voltadas para os cooperados sem, contudo, afetar a regulação do setor elétrico. Assim, desta forma atender melhor as reais necessidades dos interessados em aperfeiçoar os seus conhecimentos neste importante campo de relacionamento cooperativista e de utilização de energia elétrica.

The purpose of this article is to present a way of attracting and retaining the cooperative member who is a rural producer closer to the cooperative using courses, exhibitions of machinery and electrical equipment to fill the lack of information and development of the farmer and achieve the goals of meeting and promote this union. Suggesting that the cooperative take advantage of some resources destined to cooperative producers, hitherto focused only on the service provided in the electric network. Taking advantage of the technology of the moment and the experience of the professionals who are already inside the cooperative seeking a new meaning, in the relationship with the cooperative member, innovating the management system of the electric energy cooperative. There is a visible need to help the cooperative member who is often lacking in information. In terms of management, even if they intend to present an effective solution to attend cooperative users in the regulatory scope, it is necessary to adopt actions aimed at cooperative members without, however, affecting the regulation of the electricity sector. So, in this way better meet the real needs of those interested in improving their knowledge in this important field of cooperative relationships and the use of electricity.
