OTAKOFFE: cyber café de animes

Abstract



A construção desse plano de negócios apresenta a possibilidade para a abertura de um cyber café com a temática da animação animê em Monte Alto (SP). Com o objetivo de ser um espaço de lazer destinado ao público Otaku (Público que gosta, ou aprecia a cultura animê). Suprir a falta de lugares para o lazer de jovens e adolescentes Otakus. Os objetivos específicos que auxiliaram no desenvolvimento do plano de negócios foram: Realizar um planejamento estratégico; desenvolver um plano de marketing; estimar um planejamento financeiro. O maior objetivo do cyber café é a de satisfazer a curiosidade do público Otaku de poder adentrar o universo do seu animê favorito, trazendo fragmentos da cultura japonesa para a construção do estabelecimento. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com o objetivo de verificar a viabilidade para a abertura do negócio.

The construction of this business plan presents the possibility for the opening of a cyber café with the theme of anime animation in Monte Alto (SP). With the aim of being a leisure space for the Otaku public (Public that likes, or appreciates anime culture). To make up for the lack of places for leisure for young and adolescent Otakus.
