Danos morais no trabalho

Abstract

O objetivo deste TCC foi fazer uma análise do dano moral no ambiente de trabalho e de como ele afeta negativamente os atingidos, influenciando em todos os aspectos, seja profissional ou pessoal. No início foi feito um estudo em diferentes épocas, desde quando se tem conhecimento do dano moral e de sua relevância na sociedade, seguindo com a reparação do dano e sua evolução. Em seguida foi analisado o conceito de dano moral e também uma comparação entre o dano moral e o dano material, em diferentes pontos de vista. Alguns autores e especialistas encaram o dano material um complemento do dano moral, outros veem como dois pontos diferentes. No capitulo onde é abordado o tema do presente trabalho, é apresentado um estudo de suas características com intuito de fazer uma definição do mesmo, utilizando explicações de especialistas apresentando o que leva as pessoas a praticarem o assédio moral dentro do ambiente de trabalho, as suas consequências e os diferentes tipos de assédios praticados. Finalizando, o presente trabalho é apresentado um estudo de caso sobre o dano moral no ambiente de trabalho, utilizando o ponto de vista de quem sofreu o dano e como foi feita sua reparação.

The objective of this study was to do an analysis of the moral damage in the work environment, as it negatively affects the affected, influencing in all aspects, whether professional or personal. At the beginning, a study is made at different times of the history, since of the knowledge of the moral damage and its relevance in society, following with the reparation of the damage and with the evolution of humanity in several aspects, it is also noticed the evolution in the mode of repair. Then the concept of moral damage using its definitions is analyzed. There is also a comparison between moral damage and material damage and how it has different points of view, some authors and experts see material damage a complement of moral damage, others see as two different points. In the chapter where the subject of the present work is approached, a study of its characteristics is presented in order to make a definition of it, using explanations of specialists with the intention of presenting what stimulate people to practice bullying within the environment of presenting the consequences and the different types of harassment practiced. At the end of the present study, a case study on moral damage in the work environment is presented, using the point of view of the person who suffered the damage and how it was repaired.
