Liderança feminina no agronegócio

Abstract

Muito se tem discutido sobre a Liderança Feminina em todos os setores, porém no Agronegócio esse tema ganhou ainda mais força devido às características masculinas do setor. A partir destas reflexões propôs-se este estudo que teve por objetivo demonstrar, através de uma revisão de literatura científica, a importância da liderança feminina no agronegócio. Pode-se concluir que a figura da mulher no Agronegócio vem se modificando ao longo dos anos passando a ocupar cargos muito importantes e a mudar a maneira de liderar.

Much has been discussed about female leadership in all sectors, but in Agribusiness this theme has gained even more strength due to the male characteristics of the sector. Based on these reflections, this study was proposed, which aimed to demonstrate, through a review of scientific literature, the importance of female leadership in agribusiness. It can be concluded that the figure of women in Agribusiness has been changing over the years, coming to occupy very important positions and changing the way of leading.
