Abstract

Baseando em modelos tradicionais de evento, que o setor de eventualidades obteve aumento gradativo ao longo dos anos, podem ser considerados planos de comunicação e marketing, o setor movimentou R$ 209,2 bilhões, em 2013, 4,32% do PIB brasileiro no período, as empresas participam e organizam eventos, sendo de âmbito interno ou externo. A tecnologia serve para simplificar e facilitar, alguns aplicativos que fazem listas de tarefas à serem cumpridas, assim, criar e executar metas sem fugir do cronograma, é necessário que o evento esteja presente na internet e que esse espaço seja o eixo da organização, aproveitando a existência de uma série de ferramentas que facilitam o processo de organização. Com isso, a falta de um sistema informatizado acaba ocasionando vários problemas. Após o uso de cada um dos objetivos de aprendizagem, imediatamente foi realizado um grupo focal, onde os alunos trocavam ideia sobre a experiência de aprendizagem os quais tiveram que se aprofundar sobre a tecnologia em assessoramento e interatividade, assim, os alunos colocaram em prática aprendizagem ensinada nas salas de informática e para suprir a necessidade, onde a tecnologia auxiliará na organização dos eventos. Ao considerar o desenvolvimento, sistema Ready Events irá satisfazer o convidado no evento com uma melhor organização.
