Suzane Von Richthofen: o caso pelos olhos da perícia e departamento de homicídios

Abstract

Suzane Von Richthofen, Daniel Cravinhos e Cristian Cravinhos foram condenados em 2006 por Homicídio (Artigo 121 Inciso II do Código Penal) Triplamente qualificado, agravado por motivo torpe, meios cruéis e impossibilidade de defesa das vítimas e Fraude Processual, descrita no Código Penal no artigo 347. Iniciaremos nosso trabalho detalhando sobre o Direito e Direito Penal, para explicação e entendimento basal no processo. Nessa tese, abordarei os trabalhos periciais e policiais nesse caso com base direta no livro “O quinto mandamento” - Ilana Casoy (criminóloga e escritora brasileira) que teve acesso aos autos do processo e foi incluída nos trabalhos para observações para seu livro, na qual teve a licença admitida pelo Juiz do processo. Além de me basear no livro, utilizarei o máximo possível de acervos e documentos referente ao caso, contabilizando inclusive o filme “A confissão” criado pela llana Casoy e Raphael Montes. O que foi feito, o que foi investigado, quais foram os suspeitos iniciais, qual o procedimento tomado, a confissão, reprodução simulada do caso, o início da ação penal, ou seja, a fase de coleta de provas, audiências, julgamento e enfim suas sentenças. Será transcrito também, uma conversa com o ex-Delegado de Polícia do Departamento de Homicídios José Masi, no qual ele relata seu trabalho, suas suspeitas, os primeiros indícios de culpados no caso e como foi a confissão do Cristian Cravinhos, primeiro a confessar.
