Unificação da polícia militar e polícia civil.

Abstract

O presente artigo tem como intento levantar hipóteses e assim busca melhores sugestões a cerca de um assunto que já vem sendo debatido e discutido a séculos, esse assunto diz a respeito da Unificação entre dois órgãos estaduais sendo eles a Polícia Militar e a Polícia Civil. A criação desse órgão faria a atualização do sistema de segurança brasileira já que assim o Brasil passaria a adotar o sistema de ciclo completo de polícia onde atualmente só existem 3 países que ainda não o adotam sendo o Brasil um deles. O sistema usado atualmente embora pareça ser eficaz é perceptível que é um sistema burocrático e de certa forma ultrapassado, com a unificação que a séculos e cobiçada pelos policias, deixaria tudo menos burocrático e mais rápido, pelo fato de ser apena um órgão e não dois. Com tudo o principal objetivo é mostrar como esse sistema de unificação deixaria a segurança pública melhor.

This article has as its attempt to hypothesize looking for the better suggestions about a subject that has been debated and discussed for centuries. This subject says about the Unification between two state organs being them the Military Police and the Investigative Police. Creating that new Police would update the Brazilian security system. Since this way Brazil would adopt the full cycle police system where currently there are only 3 countries that still do not adopt it, Brazil being one of them. The system used today although it seems to be effective is perceptible that it is a bureaucratic and somewhat outdated system. With the unification that for centuries and coveted by the police, would leave anything but bureaucratic and faster, because it is only one organ and not two. With all the main objective is to show how this system of unification would leave public security better.
