Abstract

A Empresa Aloha Paisagismo notou a necessidade por modernização no contexto do paisagismo urbano, mediante a grande procura das pessoas por uma estética inovadora e sustentável nos dias de hoje. Desse modo, temos como missão introduzir a natureza no ambiente urbano, com a visão de competência e excelência no seu serviço, nunca se esquecendo dos seus valores essenciais. A empresa se enquadra na área de prestação de serviços e projetos de paisagismo, assim tendo como método de produção a prestação de serviços da empresa, revenda de produtos, além disso, as formas de distribuição e logística da empresa serão realizados pelo modal de transporte rodoviário. Pensando nisso, nossa empresa mantém o foco na qualidade, viabilidade e eficiência de seus serviços, para estimular a consciência das pessoas pela diferença que paisagismo traz, e também explorar esse nicho diferenciado no mercado que ainda não está em evidencia nos dias de hoje. Após a observação, foi realizada sob instrumento de pesquisa quantitativa, um questionário para identificar a viabilidade da possível abertura da empresa. Diante disso descobrimos que 65% dos entrevistados contratariam especialistas para fazer o investimento nessa área. Após todos os cálculos e dados avaliados, chegamos à conclusão de que é viável abertura da empresa Aloha Paisagismo.

The Aloha Landscaping Company noted the need for modernization in the context of urban landscaping, through the great demand of people for an innovative and sustainable aesthetic these days. In this way, we have as mission to introduce nature in the urban environment, with the vision of competence and excellence in its service, never forgetting its essential values. The company is located in the area of urban services and projects. Aloha Landscaping will have as a method of production the provision of services, resale of products, and the methods of distribution of the company will be carried out by modal road transport. Thinking about it, our company keeps a focus on the quality, feasibility and efficiency of its services, to stimulate people's awareness of the difference that landscaping brings, and also to explore this differentiated niche in the market that is not yet evident today. After the observation, a questionnaire was performed under a quantitative research instrument to identify the feasibility of the possible opening of the company. Given this, we found that 65% of the interviewees would hire specialists to make the investment in this area. After all the calculations and data evaluated, we came to the conclusion that it is feasible to open this company.
