Contabilidade no terceiro setor

Abstract

Nossa sociedade divide-se em três setores: o Primeiro deles trata de entidades públicas, o Segundo, de empresas privadas com fins lucrativos, e o Terceiro, de empresas sem fins lucrativos. A contabilidade é uma das peças mais importantes para que uma organização tenha uma boa administração. O trabalho tem como objetivo informar, demonstrar e definir como essas entidades/fundações - ONGS utilizam o dinheiro nelas investido pelo governo ou por outros mantenedores, ou seja, através da contabilidade essas entidades podem ser beneficiadas tendo maior transparência na demonstração de contas, pois quanto mais transparentes forem, mais fácil será obter ainda mais recursos, além do papel administrativo da contabilidade, ela também possui o papel informativo muito importante, pois através dela é possível saber sobre os Incentivos Fiscais que na prática são uma forma onde o poder público abre mão de uma parte dos recursos que receberia, para incentivar a execução de iniciativas sociais, culturais, educacionais, de saúde e esportivas, em benefício de várias pessoas. Visando a melhora dessas informações e das doações para o Terceiro Setor, foi pensado na criação de um aplicativo, ou até mesmo um site onde os interessados, tanto as ONGS quanto os doadores, poderão se cadastrar de forma simples facilitando essa comunicação. No projeto terá um link que será direcionado para a RECEITA FEDERAL, diretamente para a página de incentivos fiscais onde haverá todas as informações de como sua doação pode ser acolhida no programa de incentivo fiscal. Espera-se que dessa forma, a sociedade entenda que o Governo sozinho não consegue manter todos os projetos sociais, e que precisa de ajuda para que possamos viver em país/mundo melhor.

The Accounting is one of the most important pieces for an organization to have a good administration. This work has as an objective to inform, to demonstrate and to define hoe this entities – NGOs – use the money invested by the government or other maintainers, this is, through Accounting this entities can be benefited having greater transparency in the financial statements, because the more transparent they are, easier to obtain more resources, besides the administrative role of accounting, it also has a very important informational role, because through it is possible to know about tax breaks that in practice of a form where the public authorities give up a part of the resources they would receive to incentive social, culture, educational, of health and sports initiatives in benefit of many people. Aiming at improving these information and the donations to the Third Sector, was the earning of creation of an application, or even a website where the interested ones, both as ONGs as donators, can register in a simple way so facilitating this communication. In the project will have a link that will be directed to IRS directly to the page of tax incentives where you will have the information on how your donation can be received in the fiscal incentive program. It is hoped that, in this way, the society understands that the government can not keep all of the social projects alone and needs help so we can live in a better country and a better world.
