A importância da logística humanitária na guerra entre Rússia e Ucrânia

A logística humanitária destes, portanto, é fundamental para garantir segurança, e com tal cenário de guerra, é essencial a participação das organizações humanitárias para atender as necessidades de toda a população ucraniana. Logo, o objetivo desta obra é trazer conhecimento ao(s) leitor(es) sobre o que é logística humanitária, juntamente com o acontecimento atual; a guerra entre Ucrânia e Rússia, na qual a logística humanitária é essencial para auxiliar os cidadãos ucranianos afetados pelo conflito. Este artigo se baseou, por fim, em uma pesquisa exploratória de natureza qualitativa, que teve como objetivo identificar e aprimorar o assunto abordado. Para coletar dados, ainda, foram utilizadas fontes em formato digital como artigos, jornais, relatóriostécnicos, documentos governamentais e revistas. Além disso, não é possível prever quando e como será o fim da guerra, porém, entende-se que será necessário grande participação das organizações humanitárias para auxiliar a população civil, tendo a logística humanitária como a que deverá ser realizada, estrategicamente, para um possível alcance, com eficiência, ao máximo de pessoas.

The war situation between the countries of Russia and Ukraine, since 2022, has caused significant impacts on the civilian population, with thousands of deaths, displaced people and refugees. During this armed conflict, civilians are also the most vulnerable and run great risks. Their humanitarian logistics, therefore, are essential to guarantee security, and with such a war scenario, the participation of humanitarian organizations is essential to meet the needs of the entire Ukrainian population. Therefore, the objective of this work is to bring knowledge to the reader(s) about what humanitarian logistics is, together with the current event; the war between Ukraine and Russia, in which humanitarian logistics are essential to assist Ukrainian citizens affected by the conflict. This article was based, finally, on exploratory research of a qualitative nature, which aimed to identify and improve the subject addressed. To collect data, digital sources such as articles, newspapers, technical reports, government documents and magazines were used. Furthermore, it is not possible to predict when and how the end of the war will be, however, it is understood that great participation from humanitarian organizations will be necessary to assist the civilian population, with humanitarian logistics as the one that must be carried out, strategically, for a possible to efficiently reach as many people as possible.
