Immobilier: sistema de gerenciamento web para empresa privada

Abstract

O intuito desse TCC consiste na procura de clientes que necessitassem de sistemas inovadores no mercado. Com isso encontramos a imobiliária Rubens Ribeiro que em nossas entrevistas constatamos uma deficiência no desempenho dos funcionários em suas tarefas e, além disso, seu presidente pretendia fazer uma melhora na área de comunicação,fazendo com que eles interagissem mais entre si. Assim decidimos conjuntamente fazer um sistema de web que melhora-se a comunicação dos funcionários tanto os de mesma filial,quanto de uma filial para outra.Nele também inclui uma área onde poderão enviar arquivos,ver,inserir ou apagar dados de imóveis ou locações e atualizá-los. Basicamente nosso sistema será hospedado em um servidor de web,utilizando um banco de dados MYSQL,tudo na linguagem PHP. Nosso finalidade é garantir a satisfação do cliente,oferecendo um sistema de qualidade atendendo todas as suas necessidades e melhorando o ambiente de trabalho do cliente.A empresa trabalha com o que há de mais avançado em relação ao cliente,facilitando a construção e implementação do sistema dentro da empresa.

The aim of CBT is to search for clients in need of innovative systems in the market. Thus we find the real estate Rubens Ribeiro in our interviews we found that a deficiency in the performance of employees in their tasks and besides that its president wanted to make an improvement in the communication area, causing them to interact more with each other. So we decided to jointly make a web system that improves the communication of both the employees of the same branch, as a of filial to another filial. It also includes an area where, can they send files, see, insert or delete data from real estate or locations and update them. Basically our system will be hosted in a of web server using a MySQL database, all in PHP. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by offering quality system meeting all their needs and improving the work environment client. A company works with what's the latest in relations to costumer, facilitating the construction and implementation of system within the company.
