Mapeamento de riscos técnicos e estruturais nos buffets infantis em Presidente Prudente - SP

Abstract

O objetivo geral neste artigo foi aplicar uma Escala de Graduação de Riscos para identificar riscos técnicos e estruturais em catorze buffets infantis, na cidade de Presidente Prudente/SP, espacializando os resultados em um mapa. Os buffets foram selecionados, a partir de uma pesquisa realizada no site de busca Google, com o critério de palavras-chave “Buffet infantil em Presidente Prudente’’. O tema abordado torna-se relevante, sobretudo em tempos de pandemia de Covid-19, quando protocolos são instituídos para proteger a saúde do público. Nesse contexto, a análise de riscos é estratégica porque envolve conhecimentos sobre requisitos legais de segurança, perfil dos participantes, capacidade de carga, adequação das instalações elétricas, existência de rotas de fuga, dentre outros fatores. A metodologia aplicada foi a Escala de Graduação de Riscos, na qual estão contidas as categorias e situações que contribuem para sua concretização. O uso dessa escala tem como finalidade tornar os riscos tangíveis e propor medidas que minimizem sua ocorrência e/ou consequências. Os resultados obtidos mostram que os buffets analisados se classificam como risco baixo e risco muito baixo na categoria Técnicos e Estruturais, com amplitude de cinco pontos entre a menor e a maior pontuação. É possível afirmar, portanto, que os empreendimentos fornecem boa estrutura, o que contribui para a promoção de um espaço seguro para os eventos. Os riscos existem, mas podem ser controlados e é preciso planejamento para identificar as situações-problema, sugerindo práticas de mitigação dos riscos, condizentes com cada tipologia.

The general objective of this article was to apply a Risk Grading Scale to identify technical and structural risks in fourteen children's buffets, in the city of Presidente Prudente/SP, spatializing the results on a map. The buffets were selected from a search carried out on the Google search site, using the keyword criterion “Children’s buffet in Presidente Prudente”. The theme of this work becomes relevant, especially in times of the Covid-19 pandemic, when protocols are instituted to protect the public. In this context, risk analysis is strategic because it involves knowledge about legal safety requirements, profile of participants, load capacity, adequacy of electrical installations, existence of escape routes, among other factors. The methodology applied was the Risk Grading Scale, which contains the categories and situations that contribute to its implementation. The use of this scale aims to make the risks tangible and establish measures that minimize their occurrence and/or consequences. The results obtained show that the analyzed buffets are classified as low risk and very low risk in the Technical and Structural category, with a range of five points between the lowest and the highest score. It is possible to say, therefore, that the projects provide a good structure, which contributes to the promotion of a safe space for events. Risks exist, but they can be controlled, and planning is needed to identify problem situations, proposing mitigation actions consistent with each type of risk.
