Relatório de modelagem do processo outbound da cadeia logística de eletrônicos com ênfase no produto régua de tomada inteligente

Abstract

Este relatório abordou o tema de processo de modelagem outbound da cadeia de produtos eletrônicos no setor de régua de tomada inteligente. O tema logístico outbound faz parte de um conjunto de cinco elementos específicos colocado para cada membro da equipe, cada parte se refere a um processo da operação separado em quatro pontos, inbound, interno, armazenagem, outbound e aeroporto. O objetivo deste relatório TG I (Trabalho de Graduação) da instituição FATEC de Indaiatuba, é modelagem o processo outbound, levantar os custos e os aspectos legais do processo modelado, e verificar as contribuições que a modelagem de processo oferece, quando ao conhecimento e desenvolvimento da cadeia logística e do produto modelado. Mediante dos estudos realizados foram montados cinco fluxos como as etapas gerais, os custos envolvidos no processo e os aspectos legais da operação, onde através do mesmo no qual foram analisados possíveis problemas do processo que darão origem ao futuro estudo aprofundado para o semestre seguinte, que será abordado questões resolutivas aos problemas identificados no presente relatório.

The objective of this report TG I (Graduation Work) of the institution FATEC Indaiatuba, is to model the outbound process, raise the costs and legal aspects of the modeled process, and verify the contributions that the process modeling offers, when to the knowledge and development of the logistic chain and the modeled product. Through the studies performed five flows were assembled as the general steps, the costs involved in the process and the legal aspects of the operation, where through the same in which possible problems of the process were analyzed that will give rise to future in-depth study for the next semester, which will be addressed issues resolving the problems identified in this report.
