TI aplicada à gestão estratégica de negócios

Abstract

Como as organizações estão enfrentando um mercado competitivo, globalizante e turbulento, elas necessitam de informações oportunas e conhecimentos personalizados para auxiliar a sua gestão de forma inteligente. Para tanto, é necessário que seus planejamentos, empresarial e da tecnologia da informação (TI) sejam coerentes e integrados, onde as respectivas estratégias estejam plenamente alinhadas entre si. Para contribuir com esse desafio das organizações, esse estudo objetiva identificar os pontos mais influentes no alinhamento do Planejamento Estratégico da TI ao Planejamento Estratégico Empresarial para as grandes organizações, sob a percepção dos CEOs (Chief Executive Officer) e dos CIOs (Chief Information Officer). Este estudo resgata a visão moderna do planejamento da TI alinhado ao negócio empresarial, favorecendo no geral a organização. A conclusão reitera a importância do alinhamento do PETI ao PEE nas organizações e aponta que se os recursos sustentadores foram trabalhados em conjunto, de forma adequada e competente, de fato podem contribuir com a gestão de empresas competitivas e inteligentes.

As the organizations are facing a competitive market, globalized and turbulent, they need opportune information and personalized knowledge to assist their management on an intelligent way. For this purpose, it is necessary that their enterprise and information technology (IT) planning, be coherent and integrated, where the respective strategies are fully lined up. To contribute with this challenge of the organizations, this study aim to identify the most influential points int the alignment of the Strategic Planning of IT to the Enterprise Strategic Planning for the great organizations, under the perception of CEOs (Chief Executive Officer) and CIOs (Chief Information Officer). This study rescues the modern vision of the IT planning lined up to the enterprise business, favoring in general the organization. The conclusion reiterates the importance of the alignment of Information Strategic Technology Planning to Strategic Enterprise Planning on the organizations and points that if the lifting resources had been worked in set, on an adequate and competent form, in fact they can contribute to the management of competitive and intelligent companies.
