Análise da viabilidade econômica de uma franquia de comida saudável

Abstract

Este trabalho visa analisar, por meio de um plano de negócio a viabilidade econômica e financeira de uma franquia de comida saudável da Sucão cozinha saudável no Prudenshopping, maior shopping da região, localizado na cidade de Presidente Prudente interior do estado de São Paulo. Bem como avaliar se o sistema de franquia Sucão cozinha saudável é um modelo viável de negócio para um novo empreendedor investir seus recursos financeiros e esforços, levantar quais as vantagens e desvantagens desse modelo de investimento para o franqueador e franqueado. Destacar a importância de elaborar um bom plano de negócio para garantir o planejamento eficiente das estratégias que irá garantir a rentabilidade e sobrevivência da empresa no mercado competitivo, e do quanto será o investimento necessário para que o empreendimento se torne realidade, tendo condições de enfrentar os riscos inerentes ao empreendedorismo, possibilitando a empresa de se destacar da concorrência oferecendo produtos de qualidade e inovadores que atenda de forma eficiente as necessidades do seu público-alvo. O aumento da demanda por comida mais saudável e rápida faz com que o modelo de fast food saudável ganhe espaço no mercado e que atenda a necessidade da sociedade moderna, a TIR com valor acima da TMA, indica a possibilidade de viabilidade de empreendimento, contudo deve levar em conta o tempo para retorno do investimento, que é de 34 meses e o valor do investimento inicial que é um pouco alto para a cidade de Presidente Prudente com necessidade de faturamento mensal de R$ 210.809,16 com faturamento diário de R$ 7.028,97.

This paper aims to analyze, through a business plan, the economic and financial viability of a healthy food franchise by Sucão Cozinha Saude in Prudenshopping, the largest mall in the region, located in the city of Presidente Prudente, in the interior of the state of São Paulo. As well as evaluating whether the Sucão Cozinha Saude franchise system is a viable business model for a new entrepreneur to invest their financial resources and efforts, raise the advantages and disadvantages of this investment model for the franchisor and franchisee.
