Logística hospitalar: análise no gerenciamento de estoques no ramo hospitalar

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta um estudo de caso, analisando do ponto de vista logístico o controle de estoque de um hospital privado. O foco é dado às formas do gerenciamento do estoque. Logo o objetivo deste, é agrupar informações sobre a gestão de estoques no âmbito hospitalar e como se administra de uma forma geral o local. É importante ressaltar que a Logística Hospitalar vem crescendo positivamente no mercado. Apesar de recente implantação, a Logística Hospitalar agrega a organização num local de extrema importância e necessidade

da população, que por sua vez deve-se obter destreza e disciplina para atendê- los. Portanto a partir das informações coletadas ao logo do estudo, o objetivo foi

detectar qualquer tipo de erro no gerenciamento ou armazenamento do estoque hospitalar, para, então sugerir uma solução adequada e viável que dissolvesse o problema encontrado.

This paper presents a case study analyzing the inventory control of a private hospital, from the point of view of logistics. The focus will be given to the forms of inventory management. The purpose of this, is gathering information about the inventory management in the hospital environment, and how the site management is realized. It is important to emphasize that the Hospital Logistics is growing positively in the market. Even that it is recent deployment, the Hospital Logistics adds the organization a place of extreme importance and need of the population, which one necessity dexterity and discipline to serve them. Therefore, from the information collected during this study, the objective was to detect any type of error in management or storage of hospital stock, for then create an appropriate and viable solution for the problem which was found.
