Análise de implementação de sistema de ponto com leitura biométrica

Abstract

Durante décadas a biometria é utilizada para identificação de indivíduos sejam elas através das características físicas e comportamentais, onde está ferramenta vem tornando se cada vez mais presente no dia a dia da sociedade, sendo implementada cada mais em diversos setores sendo eles públicos ou privados. Além disso, é preciso destacar que no cenário atual tornasse necessária cada vez mais agilizar o acesso de indivíduos a determinados locais, com segurança e confiabilidade e nada é mais importante do que implementar métodos de reconhecimento biométrico que tornam única a identificação de cada indivíduo. Com a intenção de facilitar o acesso de indivíduos a um determinado local, este trabalho mostra a origem da biometria e os avanços no decorrer dos anos, sua utilização nos sistemas empresarias, métodos de reconhecimento utilizados e também dispositivos de leitura para implementação em um sistema, descrevendo também trabalhos elaborados por outras pessoas. Toda pesquisa foi focada no ramo empresarial onde é demonstrado o ganho de tempo na implementação da biometria digital em relação a utilização de crachás para identificação

For decades biometrics has been used to identify individuals, whether through physical or behavioral characteristics, where this tool is becoming increasingly present in the day-to-day life of society, being implemented in various sectors, whether public or private. Furthermore, it should be noted that in the scenario in which we find ourselves, it is increasingly necessary to speed up the access of individuals to certain places, with security and reliability, and nothing is more important than implementing biometric recognition methods that make the identification of each individual unique. With the intention of facilitating the access of individuals to a certain place, this paper shows the origin of biometrics, the advances over the years, its use in business systems, some methods of recognition used and also some reading devices for implementation in a system, also describing some work done by other people. Based on all the research, a visual analysis was developed through this work, focused on the business sector where it is shown the gain of time in the implementation of digital biometrics to help the recognition of employees that until then were made only by using a badge of identification.
