Contador de presença escolar através de sensor biométrico com display

Abstract

Com o avanço tecnológico ao longo dos anos, nota-se a falta de investimento no processo de contagem de presença nas instituições educacionais, com isso é nítido as dificuldades que os educadores enfrentam para realizar tal procedimento durante suas aulas. Através de observações feitas nos períodos de aulas realizadas na ETEC Júlio de Mesquita é perceptível tais problemas, seja ele o aplicativo NSA (Novo Sistema Acadêmico) e falta de disponibilidade de uma internet de boa qualidade, seja também os alunos que geram ruídos (conversas) que atrapalham os professores durante o processo. Para otimizar o tempo, conclui-se então, que o projeto do contador de presença escolar através de sensor biométrico com display ajudará os professores a contabilizarem a quantidade de alunos em sala de aula, implementando o controle do fluxo de pessoas, possibilitando a identificação na entrada de alunos e educadores. Tendo isso em mente foi elaborado um relatório para identificar os problemas nas chamadas. Esse projeto facilitou a contagem de presença dos professores possibilitando uma aula mais fluida e sem interrupções para a chamada, também aumentando a segurança no ambiente de trabalho.

ABSTRACT With technological advances over the years, there has been a lack of investment in the process of counting attendance in educational institutions, with this it is clear the difficulties that the commands face in carrying out such a procedure during their classes, through observations made in the periods of In classes taught at ETEC Júlio de Mesquita, such problems are noticeable, whether it be the NAS (New Academic System) application and lack of availability of good quality internet, or the students who generate noise (conversations) that disturb teachers during the process. To optimize time, it is concluded that the project of the school attendance counter through a biometric sensor with a display helps teachers to register the number of students in the classroom, implementing the control of the flow of people, allowing the identification in the classroom entry of students and educators. Bearing this in mind, a report was prepared. This project facilitated the counting of teachers' presence, allowing for a more fluid class and without continuous attendance, also increasing safety in the work environment.
