A relação entre o Home Office e o aumento da violência doméstia

Abstract

O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar a correlação entre home office e o aumento da incidência de violência doméstica no Brasil, visando identificar as estratégias adotadas pelas empresas para mitigar esse problema. Adicionalmente busca-se examinar os impactos do trabalho remoto e os fatores que contribuem para o crescimento dessa preocupante tendência de violência durante a pandemia. A pesquisa desse artigo segue uma abordagem qualitativa e exploratória, realizada por meio de revisões bibliográficas e estudo de caso, com o intuito de compreender nuances e contextos desse fenômeno complexo. Os resultados significativos deste estudo têm o potencial de aprimorar a compreensão da conexão entre o home office e a violência doméstica, fornecendo uma base sólida para a conscientização sobre esses desafios e ressaltando a importância da formulação de políticas públicas e implementação de medidas preventivas nas empresas. The present study aims to analyze the relationship between the home office and the increase in the incidence of domestic violence in Brazil, aiming to identify the strategies adopted by companies to mitigate this problem. Additionally, we seek to examine the impact of remote work and the factors that contribute to the growth of this worrying trend of violence during the pandemic. The research in this article follows a qualitative and exploratory approach, carried out through bibliographic review and case study, to understand the nuances and contexts of this complex phenomenon. The significant results of this study have the potential to enhance our understanding of the connection between working from home and domestic violence, providing a solid foundation for raising awareness of these challenges and highlighting the importance of formulating public policies and implementing preventive measures in companies.
