A situação atual da logística reversa de OLUC e embalagens usadas

Abstract

A logística reversa de OLUC no Brasil vem en constante evolução, a partir de 2010 com a A lei n. 12.305/2010, que instituiu a Política Nacional de resíduos (PNRS) conseguimos perceber uma mudança gradativa no que diz respeito ao tratamento de residuos sólidos e OLUC (óleo lubrificante usado ou contaminado) no Brasil, com o apoio de portarias, e com a fiscalização dos órgãos responsabais, como a CETESB no estado de São Paulo. Por meio de pesquisas bibliográfica e estudo de caso presente nesse artigo, foi demonstrado, que o objetivo principal que era analisar a situação atual da logística reversa de resíduos sólidos no Brasil, que está sendo cumprindo com louvor, as metas estabelecidas pelo governo estão sendo alcançadas, ano a ano pela iniciativa privada, com um esforço de todos os agentes envolvidos na cadeia de reciclagem, já o objetivo especifico foi de analisar a revenda de óleo lubrificante de um posto de combustível na cidade de Limeira/ SP, onde analisando os documentos apresentados pelo postos, e analisando a estrutura do mesmo, podemos dizer que o posto segue todas as normas exigidas pela, lei n. 12.305/2010, que instituiu a Política Nacional de resíduos (PNRS).

The reverse logistics of OLUC in Brazil has been in constant evolution, since 2010 with the law no. 12.305/2010, which established the National Policy on Waste (PNRS) we can see a gradual change with respect to the treatment of solid waste and OLUC (used or contaminated lubricating oil) in Brazil, with the support of ordinances, and with the supervision of the responsible agencies, such as CETESB in the state of São Paulo. By means of bibliographical research and the case study presented in this article, it was demonstrated that the main objective, which was to analyze the current situation of reverse logistics for solid waste in Brazil, is being fulfilled with praise; the goals established by the government are being reached year after year by private initiative, Already the specific objective was to analyze the resale of lubricating oil from a gas station in the city of Limeira / SP, where analyzing the documents submitted by the station, and analyzing the structure of the same, we can say that the station follows all the standards required by law no. 12.305/2010, which established the National Waste Policy (PNRS).
