Dificuldade de implantação de soluções tecnológicas na Polícia Civil

Abstract

O Inquérito Policial é o instrumento legal através do qual são apurados todos os crimes praticados em todo o território nacional, descritos no Código Penal Brasileira, dentre os quais os crimes contra a vida, como Homicídio Doloso, Homicídio Tentado, entre outros. A implantação de um sistema integrado no DHPP, que não só facilite sua localização e situação, mas também cruze dados dentro da própria instituição pública, seria de grande auxílio tanto para a instituição quanto para a sociedade, mais precisamente familiares das vítimas de tais crimes. Para responder à pergunta: Qual o software que agilizaria o registro e melhoraria a consulta de Inquéritos Policiais no Departamento de Homicídios e de Proteção à Pessoa?, foi feito o levantamento e análise dos requisitos e a modelagem do sistema por meio de diagramação. A metodologia utilizada foi por meio de pesquisas bibliográficas em livros e artigos científicos publicados na internet. Viabilizando agregação de conhecimento, servirá de material de pesquisa para desenvolvedores que se interessem pela área e também divulgará o nome da Fatec Zona Leste por meio do sistema desenvolvido.
