dc.description.abstractEste artigo aborda de forma abrangente a importância da qualidade de vida no contexto do home office, ressaltando os impactos significativos que essa modalidade de trabalho remoto pode ter na vida dos profissionais. Ao longo deste estudo, realizaremos uma análise minuciosa dos diversos aspectos que compõem a qualidade de vida, abrangendo o bem-estar físico, emocional, social e profissional. No cenário atual, no qual o trabalho remoto se tornou uma realidade para um número crescente de pessoas, compreender os efeitos dessa transição no bem-estar e na saúde dos colaboradores torna-se essencial. Portanto, o principal objetivo desta pesquisa é investigar de forma aprofundada os impactos da implementação do home office na saúde e no bem-estar dos profissionais. A pesquisa abordará estratégias com um potencial significativo para beneficiar tanto os profissionais individuais quanto as empresas em geral.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThis article comprehensively addresses the importance of quality of life in the context of the home office, highlighting the significant impacts that this modality of remote work can have on the lives of professionals. Throughout this study, we will carry out a thorough analysis of the various aspects that make up quality of life, covering physical, emotional, social and professional well-being. In the current scenario, in which remote work has become a reality for an increasing number of people, understanding the effects of this transition on the well-being and health of employees becomes essential. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to investigate in depth the impacts of implementing the home office on the health and well-being of professionals. The research will address strategies with significant potential to benefit both individual professionals and companies in general. By expanding our understanding of the impacts of the home office on the quality of life of employees and identifying effective strategies to face the challenges encountered in this context, we will be able to build a healthier, more productive and rewarding remote work environment for all involved. Thus, this study aims to actively promote the quality of life of professionals who work from home, in addition to deepening our understanding of the challenges and opportunities inherent in this form of work. This will allow us to develop solutions and practices that optimize the balance between personal and professional life, strengthen the mental and physical health of employees and stimulate productivity and engagement in their remote work.pt_BR
