Trabalho e Qualidade de vida

Abstract

Este trabalho de graduação teve por objetivo discorrer e mensurar dados sobre o trabalho e a qualidade de vida no comércio de Assis e como a questão tempo e salário influencia a vida dos funcionários das empresas. Pôde-se observar que a abordagem da qualidade de vida no trabalho mostra-se atual e de grande importância no ambiente corporativo e abordar esse tema nas empresas torna-se muito necessário e de suma importância para o funcionário, um trabalhador realizado em sua profissão produz mais para as organizações. Com esse trabalho foi observado que a participação feminina no comércio cresce a cada dia, estas são responsáveis por trabalhar e cuidar da família sobrando pouco tempo para o lazer e entretenimento. Verificou-se também que há uma ligação direta entre a carga horária semanal e o salário mensal com a satisfação com o trabalho. Desta forma pergunta-se: como o tempo influencia a vida do trabalhador? Que medidas poderão ser tomadas para que os comerciários tenham mais qualidade de vida? Há limites para a dedicação no trabalho? Este trabalho de graduação tem como finalidade tentar responder a essas perguntas, com base em estudos bibliográficos, levantamento de dados, pesquisas de campo feito com 140 comerciários de Assis no período de fevereiro e março de 2018, buscando o maior número de informações possíveis para ajudar o embasamento do tema proposto, e também foi estudada a metodologia de observação do cotidiano.

This undergraduate study had the objective of analyzing and measuring data on the labor and the quality of life in the commerce of the city of Assis and how the question of time and salary influences the life of the employees and the companies. Quality of life at work is one subject that is current and is of great importance to the corporate environment and today addressing this issue in the companies became a necessity as this is important to the employee, and since a satisfied worker in his workplace is a much more productive one. With the developtment of this study we observed that the female participation in the commerce grows every day. Today we see that is very commom to many womans to be responsible for working and also to take care of the family, leaving little time for their own for leisure and entertainment. It was also verified that there is a direct link between the weekly workload and the monthly salary with the satisfaction to the worker. That take us to some questions: how does the time influences the life of the worker? What actions will be taken to ensure that traders have a better quality of life? Are there limits to dedication to the work? This undergraduate study has the objective to awser those questions, based on bibliographic studies, data collection, field surveys conducted with 140 employees from the commerce of the city of Assis from February to March 2018, focusing on gathering information to support the proposed theme and the methodology of daily observation was also utilized.
