Estudo de caso logística reversa de baterias na cidade ne Assis-Sp

Abstract

A correta destinação dos rejeitos, independente de onde são gerados, traz um conjunto de benesses sociais, ambientais e econômica para todos os integrantes de uma coletividade. Tratando-se de baterias automotivas, esta realidade não diferente, visto que é um material simultaneamente com alto valor econômico, potencial de reciclagem, bem como de agressão ao meio ambiente. É justamente nesta perspectiva que esta pesquisa coletou dados referentes ao processo de descarte e destinação deste material no município de Assis. Com foco de estudo, teve-se estabelecimentos comerciais que as comercializam. Foram realizados ao todo pesquisas em nove pontos de vendas com questões objetivas abordando parâmetros variados ligados ao tema e ao objetivo da pesquisa. Ao término desta atividade, foi possível constatar que no município de Assis os estabelecimentos consultados realizam uma correta gestão destes inservíveis, contudo, constatou-se também que a fiscalização por parte dos órgãos ambientais é pouco frequente.

The correct allocation of waste, regardless of where it is generated, brings a set of social, environmental and economic benefits to all members of a community. In the case of automotive batteries, this reality is not different, since it is a material simultaneously with high economic value, recycling potential, as well as aggression to the environment. It is from this perspective that this research collected data referring to the process of disposal and destination of this material in the municipality of Assis. With a study focus, commercial establishments were commercialized. Research was carried out in nine points of sale with objective questions addressing various parameters related to the subject and the research objective. At the end of this activity, it was possible to verify that in the municipality of Assis the consulted establishments carry out a correct management of these inservices, however, it was also verified that the inspection by the environmental agencies is infrequent.
