Abstract

Com o objetivo de auxiliar comerciantes e nutricionistas de pequeno porte, que trabalham com o acompanhamento nutricional de seus clientes, foi criado o projeto Vida saudável que tem como visão, a simplicidade e praticidade, na gestão das informações necessárias para que se possa fazer um acompanhamento nutricional de qualidade. Pensando dessa forma, foi desenvolvida uma ferramenta para atender as necessidades básicas de um nutricionista de pequeno porte, contendo funções que o usuário precisará para poder melhor atender seus clientes. O sistema conta com uma interface simples e de fácil entendimento onde, o usuário poderá efetuar o cadastro de seus clientes com as informações que ele precisará para fazer um controle de desempenho dos mesmos e também efetuar comparativos com relação ao status em que o cliente se encontra, baseado em uma tabela de IMC, registrar o resultado ou meta que os clientes desejam atingir e por fim, determinar seu progresso no decorrer para atingir os resultados desejados. Todo o projeto foi fundamentado em um conceito criado a partir de uma pesquisa de campo, que indica a alta necessidade dos nutricionistas de pequeno porte em possuir uma ferramenta que possa atender suas necessidades quanto ao ato de exercer o seu ofício, levando em consideração a existência de outras ferramentas no mercado que ja oferecem esse tipo de serviço, mas quem, muitas vezes, possuem um alto custo de assinatura e oferecem recursos que talve nem sequer sejam utilizados, isso inviabiliza que nosso público alvo efetue a contratação de tal serviço. Sendo assim, a ferramenta Vida saudável oferece apenas o que o usuário precisará para exercer sua profissão de uma forma rápida, prática e com um baixo custo de contratação e manutenção.

With the aim of assisting small businesses and nutritionists who work with the nutritional monitoring of their customers, the Healthy Life project was created, whose vision is simplicity and practicality in managing the information necessary to follow up quality nutrition. Thinking in this way, a tool was developed to meet the basic needs of a small nutritionist, containing functions that the user will need to be able to better serve their clients. The system has a simple and easy-to-understand interface where the user will be able to register his clients with the information he will need to control their performance and also make comparisons with respect to the status in which the client is. , based on a BMI table, record the result or goal that clients want to achieve and ultimately determine their progress over the course of achieving the desired results. The entire project was based on a concept created from field research, which indicates the high need for small-sized nutritionists to have a tool that can meet their needs in terms of exercising their craft, taking into account the existence of other tools on the market that already offer this type of service, but which often have a high subscription cost and offer features that may not even be used, this makes it impossible for our target audience to contract such a service. Therefore, the Healthy Life tool offers just what the user will need to exercise their profession in a quick, practical way and with a low hiring and maintenance cost.
