Comparativo de leitegada a partir da inseminação artificial e monta natural

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como finalidade comparar a eficiência de leitegadas com base em diferentes métodos de concepção (Inseminação Artificial e Monta Natural). Para tanto foi necessário pesquisar sobre a história dos suínos, sua produção no Brasil, diferentes raças, genética e seu manejo. O estudo foi obtido a partir de artigos científicos, sites de pesquisa, como Google Acadêmico, Embrapa, além de livros específicos. Realizou-se a metodologia a partir da fundamentação teórica e a parte experimental, onde para obter o resultado de melhor eficiência foi analisado elementos como a engorda, taxa de desmame, taxa de sobrevivência, analisados com pesagem dos leitões após 4 dias de nascidos, 3 semanas e 1 semana pós desmame. Não houve diferenças significativas entre os dois métodos analisados nesse trabalho em relação ao peso da leitegada nas duas primeiras pesagens, por outro lado, 1 semana pós desmame houve diferença significativa MN em relação a IA. Ao final do experimento o número de leitões vivos e desmamado foram iguais. Sugerindo assim que a escolha do método de reprodução pode adequar-se as condições disponíveis de cada propriedade.

This work aimed to compare the efficiency of litters based on in different conception methods (Artificial Insemination and Natural Breeding). For it was so necessary to research the history of pigs, their production in Brazil, different breeds, genetics and their management. The study was obtained from articles research, research sites such as Google Scholar, Embrapa, as well as books specific. The methodology was carried out from the theoretical foundation and the experimental, where to obtain the result of better efficiency was analyzed elements such as fattening, weaning rate, survival rate, analyzed weighing the piglets after 4 days of birth, 3 weeks and 1 week post weaning. There were no significant differences between the two methods analyzed in this work in relation to the weight of the litter in the first two weighings, for On the other hand, 1 week after weaning, there was a significant difference between MN and AI. At the end of the experiment, the number of live and weaned piglets were equal. Thus suggesting that the choice of reproduction method may suit the Conditions available for each property.
