Philas: o phila sem filas sistema gerenciador de atendimentos

Abstract

Em uma época que tudo está tornando-se mais rápido e simples, as filas não poderiam ficar com seu sistema arcaico, no qual as pessoas ficam em pé uma atrás da outra. O projeto visa organizar e agilizar filas e atendimentos, inicialmente, trabalhando somente com a Secretaria Institucional do Philadelpho, podendo, futuramente, expandir para outros cenários. Para cumprir com o objetivo houve diversas etapas necessárias pré-definidas por nossa orientadora. O sistema baseia-se em desenvolvimento web, trabalhando com as linguagens de marcação HTML, de estilo CSS, e de programação JavaScript e PHP, e para controle do banco de dados utiliza-se o MySQL como Sistema de Gerenciamento de Banco de Dados (SGBD).

In an age when everything is getting faster and simpler, lines could not stick to their archaic system, in which people stand one after the other. The project aims to organize and streamline lines and appointments, initially, working only with the Institutional Secretariat of Philadelpho, and may, in the future, to expand to other scenarios. To fulfill the objective, there were several, necessary steps pre-defined by our mentor. The system is based on web development, working with HTML markup language, CSS style language, and with JavaScript and PHP as programming languages, and for database control, MySQL, used as a Database Management System (DBMS).
