Mei: vantagens, desvantagens e perspectivas futuras

Abstract

Atualmente o Brasil faz parte do ranking dos países com mais empreendedores. No entanto, muitos destes exercem suas atividades de maneira ilegal. Visando formalizar essas pessoas, o governo inseriu na legislação uma nova modalidade de mercado: o microempreendedor individual. Ao longo deste trabalho, vamos abordar minuciosamente como realizar o cadastro através do portal, quais são as atividades permitidas por lei, além de suas vantagens e obrigações, e como o mesmo influencia a economia do país. Foi também realizada uma pesquisa de campo, com intuito de saber a opinião de pessoas que já possuem o cadastro e sua experiência durante o período de pandemia da covid-19, que causou impactos sociais e econômicos em todo o mundo.

Brazil is currently part of the ranking of countries with the most entrepreneurs. However, many of these carry out their activities illegally. Aiming to formalize these people, the government inserted in the legislation a new market modality: the individual microentrepreneur. Throughout this work, we will thoroughly address how to register through the portal, what activities are permitted by law, in addition to its advantages and obligations, and how it influences the country's economy. A field survey was also carried out, in order to find out the opinion of people who already have the registration and their experience during the period of the covid-19 pandemic, which caused social and economic impacts around the world.
