Gestão organizacional informatizada

Abstract

A tecnologia da informação, também conhecida como TI, vem crescendo gradativamente nas empresas, de modo que muitas estão aderindo­a, a fim de facilitar o trabalho da organização. Porém, do mesmo modo que as empresas usam a tecnologia ao seu favor outras retêm seu uso, seja por nível de conhecimento ou por preferência ao tradicional. Propõe­se o uso da tecnologia a favor de um dos quatro pilares da administração, sendo este o ato de organizar. Este fato se dará através do desenvolvimento de uma agenda eletrônica, a partir da criação de um banco de dados, pelo aplicativo Access, com o intuito de aperfeiçoar uma determinada organização, de modo a aumentar sua produtividade. O objeto de estudo é a empresa Studiun Hair, localizada na Rua Henrique Mazzauti, nº 142, que apresenta um grande problema referente ao agendamento dos horários de seus clientes, uma vez que utiliza uma agenda convencional, sendo mais trabalhoso para os funcionários manter os horários organizados. Visto que a empresa já possui um computador, com a aplicação do projeto espera­se uma melhoria na organização dos serviços desta. Tal organização trará uma maior satisfação por parte dos clientes, funcionários e proprietário do estabelecimento, beneficiando, assim, a instituição com o aumento da produtividade e a todas as partes envolvidas com a otimização do uso do tempo, fator extremamente importante.

The Information Technology, also known as IT, comes growing gradually in companies, so that many of them are adhering to it, with the purpose of make easier the services offered by the organization. Nevertheless, as some corporations use the technology in favor of itself, others retain it uses, be for a knowledge level or for the preference of traditional. It has been proposed the use of technology in favor of one of the administration’s four skills, the act of organize. This will become possible through the development of a database, by the applicative Access, with the objective of improve a certain corporation to increase its productivity. The object of study is the company Studiun Hair, localized at Henrique Mazzauti Street, nº 142, which presents a big problem with the scheduling of its clients, once it has been used a traditional diary, being more laborious to the employees keep the schedules organized. As the organization already have a computer, with the application of this project it hopes an improvement in its services organization. That organization will bring a high satisfaction from the customers, employees and the business owner, benefiting the organization with the increasing of the productivity and all the parties involved with the optimization of the use of time, an extremely important factor.
