Adolescente infrator: a evolução dos deveres e garantias fundamentais do adolescente

Abstract

Este trabalho trata sobre as modificações legislativas ao longo da história em torno dos direitos e garantias do adolescente e tendo como enfoque principal o adolescente infrator. Discorrendo sobre o ato que o torna infrator e quais são as medidas que o Estado e seus órgãos aplicam para ressocializar esse indivíduo, juntamente com a família e a sociedade. Tendo também como objetivo compreender se a legislação condiz com o que ocorre na prática para o jovem em conflito com a lei e se as medidas aplicadas aos adolescentes que praticam algum ato infracional atingem sua finalidade ressocializadora.

This academic work deals with the legislative changes throughout history around the rights and guarantees of the adolescent and having the adolescent offender as the main focus. Discussing the act that makes him an offender and what are the measures that the State and its organs apply to resocialize this individual, along with the family and society. Also aiming to understand if the legislation matches what happens in practice for young people in conflict with the law and if the measures applied to adolescents who practice some infraction achieve their resocializing purpose.
