Pensando nesse agravante, surgiu a necessidade de verificar quais meios de humanização os profissionais da saúde podem oferecer no Pré e pós-parto com o intuito de oferecer aos familiares da mãe o apoio e humanização necessária por parte dos profissionais e instituição. Compreender tal processo e procurar medidas preventivas para o acolhimento humanizado se tornou foco no momento e que, por meio de pesquisas quantitativas e pesquisa de campo, o projeto Saúde Humanizada oferecerá métodos de implementação de disseminação de informações por meio de site, aplicativo e apresentação física e dinâmicas sociais. Através de uma caixa dinâmica implementando em UBS e UFS com uma carta escrita a punho em reuniões durante o encontro que ocorre com as gestantes. Foi realizado uma pesquisa online que levantou dados acerca de Pré eclampsia e eclampsia na cidade de Marília, sendo assim, foi perceptível que há uma lacuna na humanização em casos de mortalidade materna por parte dos profissionais da saúde, em específico, o Técnico em Enfermagem. Em suma, esse projeto contribuirá para a humanização da morte materna, disseminação de informações no puerpério e no Pré-natal na cidade de Marília, no estado de São Paulo, uma vez que os índices são agravantes e agem como modelo orientador para uma melhora na busca de resultados futuros. Isso é causado por estresse prolongado em pacientes com distúrbios motores e pode ser evitado com medidas preventivas. Então, quais são os pontos fortes e fracos enfrentados pelas equipes de enfermagem ao implementar medidas de prevenção de LPP? O objetivo deste estudo é identificar as potencialidades e fragilidades na prevenção de lesões por estresse no cuidado da equipe de enfermagem no domicílio. Trata-se de uma revisão bibliografica, tendo como bases de dados utilizadas: LILACS, MEDLINE e SCIELO. Os critérios de inclusão para o estudo foram período de publicação disponíveis na íntegra, com os idiomas português, inglês e espanhol e títulos que abordassem a temática do estudo. Foram divididos em três categorias: 1° O conhecimento do profissional de saúde sobre as causas do desenvolvimento da lesão, os fatores de risco e as medidas preventivas; 2° O uso de diretrizes e protocolos para a prevenção da LPP; 3° A atuação da família/cuidador na prevenção da LPP e a educação em saúde prestada pelo enfermeiro no domicílio. A partir dos resultados, constatou-se que uso de diretrizes padroniza a avaliação de risco do paciente e auxilia no planejamento de cuidados baseado em evidências científicas. O envolvimento do familiar/cuidador pode impactar positivamente na prevenção da LPP em âmbito domiciliar, visto que o mesmo na ausência de um profissional, é responsável por dar continuidade nas medidas preventivas orientadas pela equipe de enfermagem. Além disso, evidenciou-se a importância da educação permanente do profissional de enfermagem quanto aos aspectos relativos à prevenção da lesão por pressão. As lesões por estresse tornaram-se um problema de saúde pública por causarem danos significativos à vida dos pacientes nos aspectos físicos, sociais e psicológicos, e concluiu-se que esta questão requer atenção especial dos profissionais.; ABSTRACT: Pressure injuries (PPIs) develop under the skin or tissue, usually over bony prominences or in areas where invasive devices are present. This is caused by prolonged stress in patients with movement disorders and can be avoided with preventive measures. So, what are the strengths and weaknesses faced by nursing teams when implementing PPI prevention measures? The objective of this study is to identify the potential and weaknesses in the prevention of stress injuries in the care of the nursing team at home. This is an integrative review and the databases used are LILACS, MEDLINE and SCIELO. The inclusion criteria for the study were a publication period of 10 years (2010-2020), available in full, in Portuguese, English and Spanish and titles that addressed the study theme. It was divided into three categories: 1° The health professional's knowledge about the causes of the development of the injury, the risk factors and preventive measures; 2° The use of guidelines and protocols for the prevention of PI; 3° The role of the family/caregiver in preventing PI and the health education provided by the nurse at home. From the results, it was found that the use of guidelines standardizes patient risk assessment and assists in care planning based on scientific evidence. The involvement of the family member/caregiver can have a positive impact on the prevention of PI at home, since in the absence of a professional, they are responsible for continuing the preventive measures guided by the nursing team. Furthermore, the importance of continuing education for nursing professionals regarding aspects related to the prevention of pressure injuries was highlighted. Stress injuries have become a public health problem because they cause significant damage to patients' lives in physical, social and psychological aspects, and it was concluded that this issue requires special attention from professionals.
