A pesquisa explora estratégias, como uso da Língua Brasileira de Sinais (Libras), recursos visuais e táteis, e o envolvimento ativo da comunidade surda na concepção e execução do evento. Com base na análise das principais dificuldades enfrentadas por pessoas surdas em atividades culturais e musicais, são apresentadas recomendações práticas que incluem legenda ao vivo, projeções visuais, iluminação adaptada e a valorização da cultura surda. Além disso, o estudo ressalta o papel da música como forma de expressão sensorial e cultural acessível, promovendo a interação entre surdos e ouvintes. Este projeto reforça a importância de uma abordagem inclusiva e sensível, contribuindo para a construção de uma sociedade mais diversa, acessível e empática, onde a música possa ser vivida em múltiplas dimensões.; This work presents a proposal for the development of an inclusive musical show aimed at deaf individuals, seeking to overcome the historical barriers of exclusion in accessing musical events. The research explores strategies such as the use of Brazilian Sign Language (Libras), visual and tactile resources, and the active involvement of the deaf community in the design and execution of the event. Based on the analysis of the main challenges faced by deaf individuals in cultural and musical activities, practical recommendations are provided, including live captions, visual projections, adapted lighting, and the appreciation of deaf culture. Furthermore, the study highlights the role of music as a form of accessible sensory and cultural expression, promoting interaction between deaf and hearing audiences. O estudo e a reflexão acerca da complexidade do planejamento para a execução da organização dos espaços físicos em eventos de grande porte, apresenta uma extensa lacuna no âmbito acadêmico científico com a ausência de referências bibliográficas sobre o assunto, o que faz com que a abordagem do tema seja imprescindível por meio do caráter de pesquisa exploratório e descritivo, para o desenvolvimento das competências e conhecimentos exigidos na área de eventos. Com um evento base para o desenvolvimento do estudo, por meio do procedimento metodológico documental e ex-post-facto e uma análise qualitativa, com o Festival SESI de Educação 2024 será possível observar e refletir, sob um olhar técnico, as complexidades e especificidades da ambientação em diversos aspectos, tais como a arquitetura e o design nas documentações técnicas necessárias e as adaptações a imprevistos. Visto o agrupamento e apresentação de conhecimentos e informações obtidos pela documentação técnica e visita nos dias de evento, para além de um estudo teórico, possibilitou uma visão especificada acerca do planejamento dos espaços físicos em um grande evento, desenvolvendo assim, além do conhecimento prático sobre o assunto, uma bagagem de embasamentos teóricos e normativos de outras áreas do conhecimento que acrescentam na área profissional de eventos.; The events sector is a significant market for Brazil's economy, contributing to social and cultural development through its impacts. The study and reflection on the complexity of planning and executing the organization of physical spaces in large-scale events presents an extensive gap in the scientific academic field, with the absence of bibliographical references on the subject, which makes it essential to approach the topic through exploratory and descriptive research, for the development of skills and knowledge required in the area of events. With a base event for the development of the study, through the documentary and ex-post-facto methodological procedure and a qualitative analysis, with the Festival SESI de Educação 2024 it will be possible to observe and reflect, from a technical perspective, the complexities and specificities of the ambience in various aspects, such as architecture and design in the necessary technical documentation and adaptations to unforeseen events. Giving the grouping and presentation of knowledge and information obtained through technical documentation and the visit during the days of the event, in addition to a theoretical analysis, it enabled a specified vision regarding the planning of physical spaces in a large event, thus developing, in addition to practical knowledge about the subject, a bag of theoretical and normative foundations from other areas of knowledge that add to the professional area of events. O Círio é a maior manifestação religiosa do Brasil, reunindo mais de dois milhões de pessoas em uma só manhã. É marcado por diversas procissões, manifestações artísticas e homenagens à Virgem Maria. O objetivo do projeto é desenvolver uma exposição multissensorial dedicada ao Círio de Nazaré de Belém do Pará, em Jundiaí, oferecendo a oportunidade de vivenciar e compreender a riqueza cultural do Círio, promovendo uma experiência de sentimentos. Para isso, traz conceitos sobre patrimônios material e imaterial e contextualiza eventos que são considerados patrimônio cultural de Jundiaí; identifica os motivos de o Círio ser considerado o maior evento católico do mundo e suas principais manifestações artísticas registradas; destaca a exposição e o desejo de promover sensações da Festa de Nazaré em Jundiaí. Como metodologia foi utilizada uma abordagem qualitativa, descrevendo as pesquisas bibliográficas e documentais, observação participante e entrevistas ao apresentar a proposta de exposição multissensorial, através de objetos sob o olhar de artistas, proporcionando uma jornada pelas emoções do Círio. A exposição enriqueceu o cenário cultural de Jundiaí ao aproximar o público participante das tradições paraenses. Conclui-se que o projeto "Círio & Sensações" cumpriu plenamente seus objetivos de celebrar, preservar e difundir a cultura do Círio de Nazaré no Fatec Portas Abertas, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da identidade cultural e para a construção de experiências memoráveis.; This work presents the practical project of a multisensory exhibition in Jundiaí, São Paulo, dedicated to the Círio of Our Lady of Nazaré of Belém do Pará. The Círio is the largest religious manifestation in Brazil, gathering more than two million people in a single morning. It is marked by various processions, artistic expressions, and tributes to the Virgin Mary. The objective of the project is to develop a multisensory exhibition dedicated to the Círio of Nazaré in Belém do Pará, hosted in Jundiaí, offering an opportunity to experience and understand the cultural richness of the Círio while promoting an emotional journey.To achieve this, the project incorporates concepts of tangible and intangible heritage, contextualizes events considered part of Jundiaí's cultural heritage, identifies the reasons why the Círio is regarded as the largest Catholic event in the world, and highlights its main artistic manifestations. The exhibition also aims to evoke the sensations of the Festa de Nazaré in Jundiaí. The methodology employed a qualitative approach, including bibliographic and documentary research, participant observation, and interviews, to propose a multisensory exhibition. This proposal utilizes objects interpreted through the lens of the artists, providing a journey through the emotions of the Círio. The exhibition enriched Jundiaí's cultural scene and brought participants closer to Pará's traditions. It is concluded that the project "Círio & Sensations" fully achieved its objectives of celebrating, preserving, and disseminating the culture of the Círio de Nazaré during Fatec Portas Abertas, contributing to the strengthening of cultural identity and the creation of memorable experiences.
